1 Conference Introduction
2023 International Conference on Intelligent Transportation and Logistics with Big Data & The Eleventh International Forum on Decision Sciences will be held in Qingdao from August 12 to 13, 2023. In 2018, it was selected as the guide of the first important academic conference of China Association for science and technology, and has been selected for six consecutive years. The conference will focus on the research fields of transportation, logistics and decision-making, aiming to provide a learning and exchange platform for researchers and practitioners engaged in the research of transportation, supply chain logistics and decision-making science, and discuss the frontier theories, innovative applications and opportunities and challenges of transportation, supply chain logistics and decision-making science in the era of big data.

All conference papers will be indexed by SCOPUS. Some excellent papers will be recommended to SCI indexed Journals or Chinese authoritative journals (Chinese Journal of Management Science, Operations Research and Management Science) Papers or abstracts should be submitted to lx2351016646@163.com@qq.com. It is required that it has not been published in other academic conferences, papers and journals. The conference papers are required to be written in English. The papers participating in the selection of excellent papers of journals should be written in Chinese or English according to the requirements of journals, and the journals should be indicated at the time of submission. The selection of excellent papers needs to be answered on site, and the selection list will be published after the evaluation of the expert group. If no special explanation is made, the outstanding papers not selected will be published in the conference papers. 数字转型下2023大数据时代交通与物流国际会议（2023 International Conference on Intelligent Transportation and Logistics with Big Data）暨第十一届国际决策科学论坛（The Eleventh International Forum on Decision Sciences）将于2023年8月12-13日在山东青岛召开。2018年入选首届中国科协重要学术会议指南，至今已经连续六年入选。本次会议将围绕“交通、物流、决策”等研究领域进行广泛交流，旨在为从事交通运输、供应链物流、决策科学领域研究的科研人员和从业人员提供一个学习交流的平台，探讨交通运输、供应链物流、决策科学前沿理论、创新应用及其在大数据时代面临的机遇与挑战。
